Western Health is seeking a Business Analyst to shape future-state HR and workforce management processes for the Project PeopleConnect initiative. You will bridge HR, operations and external technology partners, influencing design, testing, and training for a cloud rostering solution that serves over 13,000 employees.

You will report to the Test and Quality Manager and contribute to process improvements, UAT, and stakeholder communications in a hybrid Footscray Hospital role.
