A national skilled services business in Sydney is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant. You'd own hiring from first conversation to signed offer, with a big share of your roles in sales.

What you'll do

- Run the full hiring process, from taking the brief to managing the offer.
- Work with hiring managers to plan the roles and skills the business needs this year and next.
- Design and run selection processes that are fair, quick and clear for candidates.
- Find people directly through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and search, and keep a warm pool of sales talent ready.
- Track how each sourcing channel performs and improve the ones that aren't working.
- Work to clear targets: interviews, offers, hires, retention, and candidate and hiring manager feedback scores.

What you'll bring

- 3+ years in recruitment, agency or in-house.
- A track record recruiting sales and BDM roles. You know what good looks like in a salesperson and how to test for it.
- Confidence working to numbers and talking them through with hiring managers.
- Strong direct sourcing skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
