The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor in Dapto, NSW. This full time role focuses on mentoring individuals into employment, building confidence, guiding goal setting, and creating personalised plans to support their journey into work.

You will work one-on-one with customers, supporting barriers to employment and coordinating with In Work Mentors for smooth transitions to ongoing workplace support. Travel within the region is required.
