BOQ Group's Jimboomba branch seeks a Customer Relationship Specialist to welcome customers and respond to their financial needs. You will work with the Branch Manager to identify goals, match banking solutions, and support loan maintenance while guiding customers through digital tools.

You will build referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking, nurture new and existing relationships, and coach frontline staff to deliver exceptional service while pursuing a transparent path toward Lending Specialist.
