IHG's InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a Bar Manager to lead Shutters Restaurant & Bar and Rick Stein at Coogee Beach. You will drive all bar operations, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver guest experiences that reflect our premium beverage program.

Based in Sydney's Coogee Beach, the role focuses on wine knowledge, sommelier duties, rosters, stock control and guest engagement to grow beverage sales while maintaining safety and service standards.
