The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Eastland store .

This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who thrives on driving sales, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping team culture, achieving business results and representing the Hoskings brand at store level.

Key Responsibilities

Drive store sales performance and achievement of targets

Coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve KPIs





Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns

Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines

Manage inventory, stock control and loss prevention

Ensure the security of company assets, particularly inventory

Oversee team training across product knowledge, sales skills, POS systems and company policies

About You

Proven sales leader with a genuine passion for retail

Minimum 2 years' Store Management experience within jewellery, fashion, accessories or homewares

Strong leadership style with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Australian work rights essential

You will be flexible to work across a 5‑day roster to meet the needs of the business.

Weekend availability is required as part of the 5‑day roster.
