The role focuses on proactive, hands-on employment support for participants from refugee backgrounds and people with disabilities, ensuring sustainable job retention and robust employer partnerships.

The position involves ongoing workplace support, coordinating with the IEA team, and achieving 4, 12, 26 and 52-week outcomes to drive revenue and client success.
