PERSOL Executive is partnering with an entrepreneurial non-bank lender to recruit an Internal BDM with residential lending experience in Sydney. This role focuses on building broker relationships, guiding lending solutions, and supporting brokers through the loan process.

You will work in an office-based setting, contacting prospective brokers by phone and email, helping to grow loan submissions and advising on deal structures.
