Empower Healthcare in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney is seeking a Home Care Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to participants in their own homes and via Support at Home/NDIS.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and community participation. AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy are required, with robust communication and time-management skills.
