Wunderbuild is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a full time remote role. You will help builders using our SaaS construction management platform by responding to inquiries via email, chat and phone, diagnosing technical issues, and guiding setup and ongoing usage.

You will document troubleshooting steps, track recurring issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features and resolve bugs.
