Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume, customer-focused team in Victoria. You will supervise 20+ team members, drive service standards, safety culture and store efficiency, and partner with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyle & Garden teams.

You will roster, monitor KPI’s, and ensure best experience and best prices across your department. You’ll manage stock accuracy, collaborate with suppliers, and balance opening/closing duties with weekend shifts.
