Allclass in Queensland is seeking a Lead Assembler to head our Yandina Assembly team. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on coordinating daily workflow, mentoring apprentices, and delivering high‑quality machine builds safely and on time.

You will oversee diverse assembly tasks, interact with Sales, Service and Parts teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding WHS standards. A solid mechanical background and leadership experience are essential.
