S.TILE is a skilled tiling company known for high-quality work and precise finishes. We are currently seeking an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team.

Position(Job Title): Wall and Floor Tiler

Location: Various work sites across South East Queensland, with the head office located in Upper Mount
Gravatt, QLD 4122.
Job type: Full time (38 hours per week)
Salary: From $90,000 + Super

Requirements

- - Qualification equivalent to Certificate III in Wall and Floor tiling
- - At least 3 years of work experience is required
- - You must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent resident or have legal working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- - Plan and organize tiling work according to project needs.
- - Prepare surfaces and ensure they are ready for tiling, including waterproofing.
- - Lay tiles with precision and secure them properly.
- - Fix or replace damaged tiles when necessary.
- - Achieve high-quality, durable, and visually appealing finishes.

Main Tasks

- - Review plans and measurements,



and arrange layouts for walls and floors.
- - Strip old tiles and adhesives, repair any surface defects, and clean areas before tiling.
- - Apply protective and waterproofing layers to ensure long-lasting results.
- - Cut and adjust tiles to fit corners, edges, fixtures, and pipes.
- - Spread adhesive, position tiles accurately, and maintain consistent spacing and alignment.
- - Complete installations by grouting, polishing, and finishing surfaces for a professional look.
- - Design and implement custom tile patterns, mosaics, or decorative features based on client requests.
