This is fantastic challenging opportunity for a motivated, driven hospitality professional to continue to grow their skill set with support from the Director and management team.

This role includes split shifts and weekend work; its hospitality. You will hold down service periods and set the standard.

The industry is challenging at the moment and you have an chance to thrive and practice managing tight margins, industry leading customer service and work with a longstanding organisation.

This is not a role for a Working holiday maker, someone who doesn’t want to work evenings or weekends, someone who doesn’t understand holidays are taken in low season or someone who wants to go to festivals over the Christmas/New year period.
