Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Stroke & Neurological Ward (4A) on a permanent full time basis. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care in a busy hospital setting.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, document accurately, mentor junior staff, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding NSW Health immunisation requirements and safe practice standards.
