Achieve Australia is a large NFP providing disability services in New South Wales. We are seeking a Service Coordinator reporting to the Service Manager to lead practice at service level and support staff and clients to meet plan goals.

You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and foster an empowering setting that enables active support and client outcomes, while ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements.
