Capital Capability Support seeks a House Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in a residential OOHC home in Canberra. You will anchor house standards, mentor staff, manage rosters and budgets, and coordinate daily living routines, ensuring safety, trauma-informed care and cultural safety in line with national child safety principles.

You’ll collaborate with the OSS, SM and Therapeutic Specialist to support Children and Young People.
