Kaito castle hill is a up-to-date Japanese restaurant in the Hills area that offers high end Japanese dining service with sushi and sake bar. We seek a qualified and experienced Japanese Chef at Sous Chef level to join our kitchen management team and take our business to the next level in kitchen operation, menu offering and style of service.
Key responsibilities
Menu development utilising the seasonal produce available
Overseeing daily operation of the kitchen
Managing orders, food costs, labour cost, rostering
Training and supervising kitchen staff
Reporting to head chef/management
About you
Minimum 2 years of experience in modern Japanese cuisine
