We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a permanent full-time role commencing in 2027. The role is 5 days and 38 hours a week. There may also be casual work available for the rest of 2026 before the permanent role begins.

Key responsibilities

Plan, deliver and evaluate a play-based program for children aged 3 to 5

Build warm, respectful relationships with children and their families

Work alongside our teachers and educators to support each child's learning and wellbeing

Observe and document children's learning and contribute to program planning

Help keep every child protected by following our child-safe practices

About you

An approved early childhood teaching qualification (degree level)

NSW teacher accreditation at Proficient Teacher level

Experience teaching in an early childhood setting

A current NSW Working With Children Check clearance

Windsor Preschool is a community-based, not-for-profit preschool in South Windsor that has been operating for more than 40 years. We welcome children aged 3 to 5 at our Church Street centre.
