We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the leading provider of student accommodation and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll focus on sourcing, headhunting and attracting high-calibre talent for Finance, Marketing and some corporate roles while driving a positive candidate experience and continuous improvement across the recruitment function.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing end-to-end recruitment from job advertising through to offer and onboarding
- Sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling candidates across a variety of corporate disciplines
- Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, vacancy requirements and recruitment strategy
- Conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, reference checking and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting through JobAdder and HR systems
- Supporting employer branding activities, careers social media channels and candidate engagement initiatives
- Providing recruitment market insights and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Coaching managers on effective interviewing techniques and recruitment best practice





What We're Looking For

- Extensive recruitment experience across Finance and Marketing.
- Strong capability in candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling across multiple platforms
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and building solid stakeholder relationships
- Resource planning and workforce forecasting experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate recruitment reporting
- Valid National Police Check and unrestricted Australian working rights
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
