Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a busy department. You will lead 20+ team members, train staff to deliver the Best Experience to customers, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams.

You will monitor service levels, build solid supplier relationships and manage weekend rosters, ensuring best prices and a safe, engaged team culture across shifts.
