- Assist in the management of a shopping centre portfolioacross QLD, comprising approximately 120 tenants.
- You will support the Portfolio Manager by overseeing day today administration, processing invoices and maintaining the overallpresentation standards of the centres.
- Experience in retail, property or store management, will behighly beneficial in this role.
Who we are looking for
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence, or a willingness to obtainone with support provided.
- Demonstrated experience in retail or property management,ideally across multi site portfolios.
- Background in retail environments such as customer service,store management or administration will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with theability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems, compliance processes andproficiency in Microsoft Office.
The role
Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a RetailManager, taking ownership of the administration, presentation and tenantengagement across two shopping centres with approximately 120 tenants. You willplay a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering a positiveexperience for both retailers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage retail administration and tenancy processesacross multiple centres, ensuring compliance and high presentation standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants,
resolvingqueries efficiently and building robust working relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration and compliance requirementsincluding insurances and bank guarantees, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Support marketing initiatives, tenant engagement activitiesand trading performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with facilities and portfolio managersto deliver smooth operations and achieve key performance outcomes.
