VACCA in Dandenong seeks an Aboriginal Kinship Care Case Manager to support Aboriginal children to thrive within family, culture and community. You will provide case management and ongoing support to children and kinship carers, helping strengthen cultural connections and positive outcomes.

You will work in a culturally responsive team, balancing advocacy, assessment and reporting with the best interests of Aboriginal children at the centre of practice, while maintaining robust relationships
