Goodwin Aged Care is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our in office café, delivering a welcoming service for residents, families and staff. You’ll manage rosters, finances and compliance, working with the Head Chef and Village Manager to shape menus and service standards that reflect resident preferences.

You will oversee daily operations, lead a café team, monitor costs and revenue, and ensure food safety and allergen controls are maintained.
