About the Role

You will lead from the front - inspiring, coaching, and developing a passionate team alongside your in-store leadership team. You'll own the numbers, elevate the customer experience and collaborate closely with your team to drive results and build something special.

Day by Day, you will

- Bring a premium, service focused approach to drive sales, hit KPIs, and make your mark in a high-profile store launch
- Lead and empower a dynamic team through coaching, training, and goal setting
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store, team and individual performance - celebrate wins and close the gaps
- Nail wage control and rostering to keep the business sharp and efficient
- Bring the energy to visual merchandising,



stock management, and shrink prevention
- Create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment for your team and customers

What you Bring

- 2+ years of Store Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen - you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics
- Passion for people development and a proven record of team success
- A high attention to detail - your floor is always on point
- Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- A true 'Make it Happen' mindset - solutions-focused and performance-driven
