Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS 2) to deliver high-quality palliative care in the community. You will work within the ISLHD Community Palliative Care Service, providing direct patient care and coordinating with primary care and other services.

The CNS 2 will operate with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating leadership and delivering evidence-based nursing care across the defined population.
