Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth and market development for the Toowoomba branch.
- Oversee warehouse and transport operations,
ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal customer service levels.
- Provide strong leadership and foster a positive team culture.
- Handle P&L; responsibilities and contribute to overall profitability.
About You:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in warehousing and sales.
- Strong financial management and P&L; responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with effective problem-solving abilities.
