YMCA Whittlesea is hiring a Room Leader for Orchard Road Community and Early Learning Centre in Doreen. The role is full time and permanent, with shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm and possible monthly RDO flexibility.

You will oversee daily room operations, mentor educators and deliver a high-quality programme tailored to each child. The position requires a Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) and proven experience as an educator, preferably as a Room Leader.
