About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Myaree team.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader who loves being on the floor with their team, building relationships with customers and driving strong results. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, creating an environment where your team feels supported to perform at their best and customers receive a great experience every time they visit.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys getting the best from their team.

You’ll ideally bring:





- Previous retail management or leadership experience
- A strong sales and customer service focus
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A hands‑on leadership style
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed

Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or a showroom environment would be a bonus, but just as important is your ability to lead a team and create a great customer experience.
