Ecommerce Operations Manager – Shopify Plus | Online Watch Retailer

You'll own the store and the operation behind it. You'll be the person who knows what's selling and why, what's broken, and what to fix next.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the Shopify Plus store: product listings, collections, merchandising and help with marketing and promotions
- Lift conversion and average order value by testing, measuring and reporting what worked
- Run order flow, returns, repairs and stock accuracy between Shopify, NetSuite and the warehouse
- Document how things are done so the business runs on systems, not memory

About you

- 2+ years hands-on Shopify experience at an online retailer or DTC brand
- Experience running online order and inventory operations
- Clear, accurate writing
