Coles Group is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, ensuring excellent store presentation and a welcoming workplace for customers and staff. You will report to the Store Manager and drive daily operations, stock control, and safety standards.

You will coach and develop your team, maintain quality and cost controls, and strive for outstanding customer experiences across our Coles stores and communities.
