Your Role
As our Business Development Manager, your role is pivotal in our growth journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify and research prospects, thoroughly understanding their needs and pain points. Use our CRM to manage leads professionally, moving prospects through the sales pipeline with clarity and purpose.

- Client Onboarding: Take full ownership of onboarding new clients by coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, timely communication, and a great customer experience from day one.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or added value.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and client updates to the National Sales Manager. Analyse data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales support teams. Participate in cross-department meetings focused on strategy, planning, and customer experience to amplify overall business performance.

Why you will love working here?
- Be part of an exciting company combining medical innovation and technology.
- Your ideas matter.
- Play a key part in our future, drive new business, help onboard new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Work closely with awesome colleagues across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
- Engage in a culture of shared success, learning, and fun.
Most SaaS sales roles could be selling anything: another platform, another market, another quota to chase. This one is different. Every deal you close means an NDIS or aged care provider spends less time buried in admin, and more time with the people who need them.
This role is fully remote and based in NSW. You'll own the NSW territory, with the occasional trip to an industry event.
We build software for providers across the NDIS and aged care sectors. Our mission is to simplify their daily operations through our technology, so the people delivering care can spend less time on admin and more time with the people who need them. We're a close-knit Australian SaaS team of around 40, not a machine with a script for every call and a manager for every layer.
Our product and the playbook are both still growing. This role suits someone who thrives in a scale up environment, not someone chasing a fully mapped process from day one.
About the team
You’ll report to our Head of Sales,
working with a fun-loving team who are sharp and full of SaaS sales experience worth learning from.
We are selling into competitive markets. We want someone with grit, ready to hustle, who's worked in a scale-up before. If you're chasing a fully-baked sales machine to slot into, this probably isn't your team. If you want to help build it while you sell, welcome aboard.
What the role involves
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to Closed Won
- Run thorough discovery using the SPICED methodology, tailoring your pitch to the size and persona of each prospect
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound activity across events, trade shows, LinkedIn, email and phone
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, and provide reliable weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to the team to sharpen our messaging and product
Who we'd love to hear from
- 2-3 years full sales cycle experience in SaaS or software sales, with a track record of hitting targets
- Confidence running a proper sales process and tailoring your approach to different customer problems
- A track record of self-generating your own pipeline through outbound
- Comfort forecasting revenue accurately, week to week and month to month
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement or conversational intelligence tools (Gong experience a bonus)
- Grit, hustle and the flexibility to grow as we grow. You don't need a perfect playbook to follow, you need to want to help build one
Why you'll love it here
- Trust to run your own patch without someone looking over your shoulder. How you manage your day and your pipeline is yours to own
- Space to grow with the business. The playbook here is still being written, and you'll help write it
- Work that matters. Every deal you close helps NDIS and aged care providers spend less time on paperwork and more time with the people who need them
- A manager and team who back you, with plenty to learn from each other along the way
- A market-competitive salary and solid commission structure that rewards the deals you close, not just the hours you put in
