ACT Steelworks is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Manager to own the day‑to‑day running of a busy steel fabrication workshop in Queanbeyan, NSW. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on organising people, workflow and ensuring protected, efficient, high‑quality output.

You will work closely with management, project teams and logistics to keep jobs moving and provide the team with what they need to get the work done.
