Jazella Meats in Perth, WA is seeking an experienced Marination Room Supervisor to oversee the preparation and marination of meat products for our value-added range. You will lead the marination team, manage production workflow and maintain batch traceability to high quality standards.

You will ensure food safety, allergen controls and hygiene in the marination area, keep equipment clean, and support trials to improve recipes and processes.
