ALDI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Australia. You will support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar store, motivate and coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role includes rostering, reporting, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. Expect a comprehensive training program from day one, a rotating roster (weekends/early mornings), and explicit career progression within a growing network.
