Rockwell Automation is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join the Remote Support Services (RSS) team based in Hawthorn, Melbourne. The role provides technical support for Rockwell’s hardware and software portfolio across controllers, visualization, and industrial networks, while developing expertise in industrial automation.

You will report to the Team Lead, Remote Support Services, and work in a hybrid setting with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem solving.
