Capital Linen Service is seeking a people-focused Senior HR Officer to join our small, team-oriented HR team in Canberra. You will provide practical HR support across the employment lifecycle, advising managers on policies and processes to resolve workplace matters.

Reporting to the Director HR, you will lead injury management, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and learning and development, while contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems and the employee experience.
