Neami National is seeking a Peer Practice Lead (Auburn Medicare Mental Health Centre) to guide peer staff and embed lived experience governance in service delivery. The role centres consumer voice in planning and evaluation and supports staff with supervision and skilled growth.

Guided by IPS and lived experience guidelines, you will work across teams to deliver high-quality mental health services, build capacity, and contribute to continuous service improvement within Neami National.
