Wilderness Way in Current South Wales seeks a Senior Psychotherapist to lead our Clinical Team, deliver trauma‑informed therapy, and supervise staff across residential services.

You will manage a small caseload, mentor peers, and contribute to training while driving service improvement and safeguarding excellence. A Masters‑level qualification and registration with relevant bodies are required.
