Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading ASX-listed fintech to recruit a Privacy & Dispute Resolution Officer for a four-month contract. You will support customers in Australia and Recent Zealand, handling privacy requests and complaints with accuracy and timeliness.

In this role you will manage AFCA/FSCL disputes, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to privacy legislation.
