Roasting Warehouse Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead menu development across our Melbourne-based venues. This development-focused role requires crafting, testing and rolling out dishes that balance quality, profitability and consistency.

You will work with our venue head chefs, manage costings and GP targets, maintain recipe cards and specs, train teams, and ensure HACCP and food safety compliance while collaborating on launches and recent concepts.
