Reporting to the National Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth across your territory. With a strong focus on Melbourne and surrounding areas, you will work directly with dental practices, pharmacies, universities and distribution partners, delivering engaging product education and supporting the growth of Curaprox across professional and retail channels. You will combine your understanding of oral health with a proactive, customer-focused approach to commercial success.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across dental practices, universities, dental schools, pharmacies and retail partners.
- Drive product adoption through targeted initiatives, promotions and tailored account strategies.
- Conduct direct B2B sales of selected Curaprox products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, pharmacy customers, universities and distribution partners.
- Work collaboratively with distribution partners, including joint customer visits where required.




- Deliver engaging product education and training to dental professionals, clinical teams, pharmacies and other relevant audiences.
- Conduct Curaprox Smile Sessions in dental practices, pharmacies and businesses.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and activity reporting in HubSpot CRM.

About you

- Strong relationship-building, communication and account management skills.
- Confidence delivering presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to work towards sales targets.
- Strong planning, organisation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to travel throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria as required, with occasional interstate travel and flexible schedule to support customer and event needs.
- Experience in dental education, clinical training, sales or account management will be highly regarded.
