Sugar Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Mackay team. Based at Racecourse Refinery, you’ll partner with site leaders to deliver people plans, advise on ER/IR matters, manage enterprise bargaining, and lead end-to-end recruitment across Northern Loop sites.
Reporting to the General Manager, P&C;, you’ll drive culture and leadership capability while supporting workforce planning and onboarding. Travel to multiple sites will be required.
