Booth & Co. Family Law are looking for a skilled practitioner with a passion for Domestic Violence and Child Protection litigation and case work.
Based in Bundall on the Gold Coast, this role will see you regularly attending Southport Magistrates and Children's Court for Domestic Violence and Child Protection matters.
The role is also suited for practitioners keen for Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia case work and litigation.
We are looking for practitioners with 2 years PAE with experience in the above jurisdictions.
Mentorship by an experienced accredited Domestic Violence Duty Lawyer and Independent Children's Lawyer provided.
