Bayside Health in Frankston is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Community Care team on a fixed-term part-time basis. The role covers outreach to community settings, residential facilities, and patients’ homes, delivering safe, patient-centred care across a multidisciplinary setting.

The RN will work within the scope of practice under AHPRA, coordinating with acute and community services and supporting flexible roster arrangements. Training and career development are encouraged.
