Melton City Council is seeking a self-motivated Team Leader Subdivisions to lead a small team responsible for the subdivision processes from certification through to compliance. You will coordinate referrals and approvals, mentor staff, and ensure effective operation within a growing municipality.

The role sits in City Development and requires strong knowledge of the Subdivision Act 1988, robust stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to public service.
