Department of Health in Hobart is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Patient Safety to join the Quality & Patient Safety Service, based in Hobart. You will provide clinical leadership to strengthen patient safety and lead safety initiatives across the health service.
You will coordinate safety event monitoring, investigate responsible incidents, and work with clinical teams to promote evidence-based practice, analyse data, and educate staff to drive continuous improvement and reduce patient harm.
