BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Senior Counsellor to deliver high-quality therapeutic support to individuals and families affected by domestic, family and sexual violence across Newcastle and Central Coast. The role emphasises trauma-informed approaches, risk assessment and safety planning, with collaboration across services to enhance client outcomes.

Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in DFSV, with the ability to travel between sites.
