About You – Who Are We Looking For?
We're not simply looking for someone who can manage clinical processes.
We're looking for a leader who inspires others, leads by example and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- More than three years' experience in aged care or similar management.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical coordination and case management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
- Confidence in managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.
- The ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- A willingness to provide after‑hours clinical support and advice when required.
You'll also need a current police check, CPR and First Aid qualifications, and the ability to meet mandatory training requirements.
Experience in dementia care, behavioural management, change management or additional postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
The Right Fit Matters to Us!
At PRCC, we take our responsibility to residents seriously, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves along the way!
