Cabrini Health is seeking a Refugee Health Nurse / Practice Nurse (RN Grade 3) to join the Cabrini Asylum Seeker and Refugee Health Hub in Northcote. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to clients with complex needs in a supportive, community setting.

The role emphasises autonomous practice, cultural safety and care coordination, with opportunities for immunisation, education and ongoing career development.
